Over the last 10 years, we have come across multiple questions that we thought are important and generally come up when thinking of automation. 

What is the warranty of your products? What happens if something goes wrong after the warranty period?

With AUXO Care, we offer a standard 2 year warranty period on all our products. This means, if something goes wrong with the product, within the warranty period, your product will be replaced. AUXO Care also entitles you to life time telephonic support. However, if something goes wrong outside of the warranty period, our technicians will try to resolve the issue over the telephonic support. However, if the problem is not resolved and there is something wrong with the product, our technicians may request you to send the product to us to evaluate whether the product can repairable. If the product is repairable, the charges for the same will be communicated. If the product is not repairable, the technician will offer you another product. The charges for the same will also be communicated. 

What happens if the internet fails? Will the automation still work? 

Our systems are designed to work even without an active internet connection. As long as your WiFi is on and you are connected to the WiFi network, you can still control each product individually. Please note that groups and scenes are stored on the cloud and will only work when there is an active internet connection. 

How much would it cost to Automate my house?

Our solutions start from as low as Rs. 2000/- 

However, over the years we have seen a 3BHK house being automated at Rs. 30,000 while another 3BHK in the same building being automated at Rs. 2,50,000/-. This means, the cost of automation will vary depending on multiple factors such as what you want to automate, the number of points designed by your architect or interior designer and the extent to which you want to automate?

My house and office was completed a few years ago. Can I still automate my space?

Yes, our systems are designed to fit into existing electrical wiring. This means that you don't need to renovate your house or office to automate your spaces.

What happens when the automation system fails? 

While designing the automation system, we ensure that there is always a manual override. This means that when the automation system fails, for whatever reason, you will always have a manual switch or control to turn on/off your appliances/lights at any time. Our systems are very easy to understand and install. Even a non-trained electrician can remove/replace an automation product, in case of an emergency. 

Do you just provide the products or do you provide end to end solutions?

When working with Auxo Automation or any of it's channel partners, it is important to note that an end to end solution is always provided. This means, we provide the solutions, the products, the installation as well as the after sales service. It is important to clarify with your channel partner on the same to avoid any hiccups.
