Shipping Policy

• Order Dispatches

  • Once an order is confirmed, the executive will begin preparing the products for dispatch. Customized orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. 

  • Preparing orders for dispatch can take 7-10 working days after the order has been confirmed.

  • Once the entire order has been prepared, the executive will confirm the shipping address and accordingly dispatch the material.

  • Please note : Dispatches will only take place once the complete payment is received for the order. 

• Shipping

  • Once the order is ready for dispatch, the executive will check with the shipping agency and confirm the approx duration it will take for the material to reach the desired location. 

  • In case the order is to be delivered within Mumbai, please inform the executive accordingly. The material, in some cases, can be delivered on the same or next day by delivery executives. 

  • Shipments can take 2-5 days depending on location and method of shipping. 

  • In case shipment is required urgently, please inform the executive of the same. Additional charges will be applicable. 

• Shipping cost is borne by the party ordering the material

While we strive to minimize waiting times, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays in product delivery.

Customers will be informed in advance if such situations arise.
